LAW 210 Administrative Law
Course Description
Administrative Law examines the nature and scope of the powers vested in administrative agencies and the constitutional restraints on the exercise of those powers. Focus is on delegation of powers to administrative agencies by the legislative and executive branches of government and the processes that govern administrative investigations, rule-making, and adjudication, as well as judicial review of administrative actions.
