LAW 218 Secured Transactions
Course Description
This course surveys the law of secured transactions, exposing students to issues arising out of a creditor’s retention of a security interest in personal property to secure payment or performance of an obligation, protecting the creditor’s position against the debtor and subsequent creditors.
