Course Description
This course discusses the body of statutory law, regulations, and judicial rulings defining the relationship between the employee and employer and their respective rights and duties. It focuses on the collective organization of workers represented by their labor unions and their relationships with employers. It also examines the procedure and substantive laws regarding resolving labor and employment disputes.
