LAW 311 / 312 Insurance Law

Course Description

This course introduces students to fundamental principles of insurance law and regulation. It surveys the nature and function of insurance, insurance contract formation and meanings, and insurance regulation. It also looks at specific legal issues relating to different lines of insurance, such as property, life, health, and liability insurance.
