LAW 201 / 202 Fundamentals of Lawyering

Course Description

Students get exposure to the actual practice of law as they step into the shoes of “real lawyers,” interviewing clients, reviewing case files to determine relevant factual and legal issues, and drafting various legal documents, including client advice letters, complaints, and answers, discovery requests, as well as legal memos and briefs.
